He has worn many hats over the years in the South Central Wisconsin real estate market. Being a 3rd generation entrepreneur, he has been involved in all aspects of the business. Real Estate Sales, office building, team building, business building, policy/procedure curation, plan implementation, marketing, technology development, training, coaching, mentoring, speaking, teaching, selling, buying, and investing in the industry earned him positions on leadership councils for RE/MAX LLC, RE/MAX INTEGRA and currently the 2022 President of the South Central Wisconsin MLS. He also has extensive knowledge of remodeling, building, insurance, financing, investing and business operations consulting. With a background in small business, military leadership, law enforcement, team management and a desire to change lives, Dan plays a huge role in expertly assisting all of his business owner agents and real estate clients alike. He owns and operates a Business Consulting Firm “Preferred Success” and Co-Owns an Insurance Brokerage “ We Insure Badgerland” with the ability to serve customers and clients across the globe.;Dan has lived in the Madison, Wisconsin area for over 40 years, and has been practicing real estate, small business entrepreneurship and insurance professionally since 2001. He currently owns and has managed multiple single-family rental properties, commercial investment properties and has thousands of square feet of retail office space. Currently managing the support of over 120 real estate agent business owners and staff across 12 Wisconsin Offices and personally practicing in all aspects of the market make him an excellent advisor. His main primary goal is to create the ultimate environment to build businesses and enjoy the ride while doing it. Problem solving, a childhood instilled drive to improve things and people around him is key to his daily routine. He plays the drums, enjoys kite surfing, snowboarding and mountain biking. Hunting, fishing and camping in Canada, Wisconsin and Florida are also some favorite things he loves to do. Dan considers himself a video and technology nerd with a relentless drive to affect others lives in a positive way. Come summertime he loves weekends at the lake with family and friends, road trips on a motorcycle, attending or playing live music and anything social. He loves a good challenge and anything that requires a motor… racing cars, trucks, motorcycles or anything fast. He is most proud of being a father, husband, reliable friend and US Army Combat Vet
