I am pleased to show you this great hunting tract located in the middle of trophy whitetail country. The Puchyan marsh has always been known for quality hunting. This property is a great mixture of wooded, willow thickets, and open grasses. The wooded portion consists mostly of oak, poplar, and willow. The mast production of the oaks is a large draw and provides a great early season food source. Possible food plot locations would also provide even more food for all the deer bedded far off the nearest crop field. The back 40 consists of more wetland grasses which could very easily be planted in tamaracks, poplar, or willows to provide more structure. Possibilities are endless on this tract.
